    It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.


    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return merchandise within the first 14 days of delivery please follow the steps outlined below. Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.

    **Please note that firearm purchases that are accepted from the transferring FFL are considered used firearms and returns will NOT be guaranteed. Inspect it BEFORE accepting the transfer. All sales are final on special orders, products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.

    Call us at 804-803-0411 or send your request for a return to to obtain authorization. No returns of merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.
    All returns on orders paid by a credit card will receive a credit to the card used on the purchase (or store credit at our discretion) once confirmation of receipt of merchandise has been made and inspection has been completed. Depending on your financial institution, refunds are credited between 3 to 5 business days after issuance. All cancelled orders that paid with a money order or cashier's check will have the refund issued as store credit.
    To qualify for a refund on an item that is not defective, all returned merchandise must include the following:

    • The merchandise must be in the original packaging.
    • The merchandise must be unused. Products showing use will not be refunded or exchanged.
    • Include the following in package:
      • A copy of your original invoice and packing slip
      • The reason for your returned merchandise.
    • All return merchandise shipments must be pre-paid, no COD.
    • You must send your returned merchandise using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS according to their restrictions and provide us with tracking information.
    • You must obtain a Return Authorization PRIOR to returning the item by contacting K&M Tactical Firearms LLC at 804-803-0411 or

    Upon receiving your package, and verification of the item is made, you will receive an e-mail with the status. This process can take up to a few weeks from start to finish.
    Please Note: You will be responsible for covering the Shipping Fee on returned merchandise that is not-defective. A 20% Restocking Fee will apply to any returned merchandise. Firearms that are not defective and in the possession of your FFL will have a 20% Restocking Fee AND a shipping charge deducted from your refund. Any variance to this policy may result in no refund or a partial refund.
    Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly at the FFL dealer BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you from the FFL it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we will not be able to guarantee acceptance of the return. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer is accepted, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturers warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number. We will not cover any additional transfer fees if that situation occurs.


    Used firearms may not be returned. All sales are final. Description and photos (if available) are provided by the seller. The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. 


    All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

    All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.


    All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.


    All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.


    Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.


    You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.  All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required.  Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms.  Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

    Ammo Restriction States:

    Alaska: We cannot ship to Alaska as transportation by Air is prohibited by law in 49CFR
    California: Can only be shipped to an 01 or 07 Firearms dealer. Please provide your dealer's information in the delivery notes during check out or upload a copy of their documentation.
    Chicago: We cannot ship ammunition to the city of Chicago, Illinois.
    Hawaii: We cannot ship to Hawaii as transportation by Air is prohibited by law in 49CFR
    Illinois: We can ship to other areas in the state of IL, just not Chicago - Requires a valid Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID)
    Massachusetts: Can only be shipped to Firearms Licensed Dealer. Please provide your dealer's information in the delivery notes during check out or upload a copy of their documentation.
    New Jersey: Requires a valid Firearm Purchaser Identification (FPID)
    New York City: Ammunition can only be shipped to Firearms licensed holders. Please provide your dealer's information in the delivery notes during check out or upload a copy of their documentation.

All custom gun work requires a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost. This deposit is non refundable once parts have been ordered and / or work has begun. This includes customization of any Black Creek Rifle or customer provided/purchased firearms.

Customers have 30 days from the date of notification to pick up and pay in full any remaining balance on their account. After 30 days with no payment or pick up a written notification will be sent to the customers address on file. After 60 days with no payment or pick up a written finial notice will be sent to the customers address on file and a $10 storage fee will be assessed. After 90 days with no pick up or payment a letter notifying the customer that the item is considered abandoned and will be sold to cover the remaining balance of the account. That customers account will also be flagged so that any future transactions will have to be paid in full prior to any work being performed.
K&M Tactical Firearms LLC accepts payments in cash, personal or business check, cashiers check, certified funds, and credit or debit cards. We can not accept paypal, venmo, or any other app based money transfer service due to these services anti-gun policies.
Returned checks will be charged a $35 returned check fee. This fee and the original balance must be paid in cash, the customer account will be flagged and become a cash payment only account. K&M Tactical Firearms LLC reserves the right to hold gunsmithing work, sales, and other items valued over $100 until the check has cleared.
Credit and debit cards may be used for payment for in person and online transactions. Work on an order or custom work will not begin until the transaction has cleared (usually 2-3 business days).
